This page provides essential information about your written test and interview, so please read everything here carefully.

During your written test and interview, you will need your applicant number as shown on the following table.

If you are not sure about anything or find your personal information incorrect on the table below, contact us as soon as possible.

As we have received an exceptional number of applications, we regret that not all applicants are invited for further assessments. Applicants not on the following table can then consider their application unsuccessful.

須知 Important Notes

When should I arrive at the written test and interview venues?

– You should arrive at the exam venue and interview venue 10 minutes before the scheduled start time.

What should I bring?

– You must bring your UM student card with you during your written and interview.

– For the interview, you must also bring at least one pen or pencil. No stationary will be provided.

Where exactly are the written test and interview venues?
– All the venues are located in Anthony Lau Building E4. You may check the following maps:

What else should I know about the written test?

– A late student will be admitted to the venue only up to 20 minutes after the start of the test. A latecomer will not receive any additional time.

– If you complete your attempt before the end of the written test, you may leave the venue once you have submitted your answer script, but not in the first 40 or final 10 minutes.

– Before submitting your answer script to an invigilator, you have to take a picture of your question paper and each page our answer script with your phone, and upload these pictures an online system. The link to that system will be provided to you during the written test.

What should I do if I am not available to attend either the written test or the interview, or both?
– You may apply for an alternative arrangement for the written test and interview before XXXXXX.

– Whether or not you will be given an alternative arrangement will be decided by the recruitment panel in its sole discretion. Only students with classes scheduled during the assessment time will be considered for alternative arrangements.

– You must submit your application and evidence (such as a class timetable) on our system at this link XXXXX.

– The deadline to apply for it is XXXXX, so please do it as soon as possible.

What happens will I fail to apply for an alternative arrangement by the deadline?
– You will not be able to apply after the deadline. If you fail to attend the written test or the interview, or arrive at the venues more than 20 minutes late without an alternative arrangement, we will cancel your application.

Where will I get further updates?
– From now on, we will mainly communicate with you via your University of Macau email, rather than your own mail service.
